DeQ: Do you offer photography only services , whereby we only get the photographs as they were taken on disc.

Yes we do ! We offer flexible hourly rates whereby all the photographs taken are given to clients on disc without any albums or any other additional services , which you may not be needing. By giving you the disc we also surrender the copyright of the photographs to you and you can do as you see fit with those photographs.

Q: What is your style of wedding photography ?

It is a mix between pure wedding photo journalism and traditional wedding photography. But we are certainly candid and very natural. You will not find ‘Look here and smile’ photographs in our portfolio.  We rather let couples be themselves than directing them and asking them to pose for the camera.

Q: Who will be photographing my wedding ?

One of our photographers. you don’t need to worry because all of our photographers are equally skilled and photograph in the same style.

Q: Can I have Dominik to photograph my wedding ?

Yes, however you need to book his services directly through his website and obtain his packages directly from him.

Q: Do all your photographers speak English?

Yes, of course. They have a sufficient command of English that will enable them to communicate with you on the day … However for clients who emphasize on excellent communication they should consider booking the services of an international photographer as Dominik.

Q: Do you use backup equipment ?

Of course we do. Every photographer will bring at least 2 cameras and several lenses.

Q: How long does it take until we get our photographs after the wedding (or the photoshoot).

For clients who have booked services without a photo album you will get your photographs delivered within one day after the wedding. Clients who have booked packages with album will receive their album and the photographs within 2-3 days, depending on the amount of albums and the kind of album. For videos also a delivery time of 2-3 days applies. Should you be leaving Bali earlier than that we shall send you the photos, albums or videos via an international courier.

Q: What are your payment terms ?

To confirm a booking a 40% deposit of your total order must be received. The remainder is due either on the wedding day or the day of delivery.  Deposit payments can be made via PayPal or international money transfer.

Q: We also need makeup and / or hair styling for our wedding or pre-wedding photo shoot. Any recommendations ?

We have been working for over 7 years with Tia’s team from BALI makeup & hair and they provide in our opinion the best services on Bali. Yet their services are still affordable.

Q: Do we also get the photographs on disc so that we can make our prints at home or is there an additional charge for that ?

Since the establishment of our company 8 years ago we have ALWAYS given clients the files of the photographs as high resolution files. There are NO HIDDEN , or BACKDOOR FEES.

Q: Do your prices already include all applicable taxes or do we still have to pay any additional taxes / service charges / etc… ?

All taxes are already included – no additional charges or payments are required.
